Shipping
Every work is packed by the studio in a custom crate or roll and shipped insured. Within India delivery takes 7 to 10 working days and is included in the price. International shipping is quoted on request, with duties payable by the buyer.
Works are dispatched within 3 to 5 working days of payment clearing. Delivery within India usually takes 7 to 10 working days. You receive the courier's tracking details by email or WhatsApp when the work leaves the studio. Every shipment is insured for the full purchase price until it is signed for.
Returns
If a work does not live up to the page, tell us within 7 days of delivery and return it in its original packing for a full refund of the purchase price.
To start a return, write to hello@qartoos.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number. We arrange and pay for the return collection within India. The work must come back in its original packing and in the condition it arrived. Works commissioned to your specification and works altered after delivery (for example re-framed) cannot be returned.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 working days of the work reaching the studio and being checked. Card and UPI payments made through Razorpay are refunded through Razorpay; bank transfers are refunded to the account they came from. If a work arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the damage before unpacking further and tell us within 48 hours; we replace, repair or refund at your choice.
Cancellation
You may cancel a purchase request at any time before payment by writing to us, and within 24 hours after payment for a full refund, provided the work has not yet been dispatched. After dispatch, the return policy above applies.
