What we collect
When you enquire, apply as an artist or create an account we collect what you type: your name, email, phone number, shipping address and message, and any photos you attach (for example a wall mockup or images of your work). When you buy, Razorpay processes your payment details; we receive only a payment reference, never your card or bank details.
What we use it for
To answer you, to confirm and ship your purchase, to show your member price while you are signed in, and to tell you about new work if you joined the newsletter. We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with the people needed to fulfil your order: the artist's studio for dispatch, the courier, and Razorpay for payment.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets one cookie, which keeps you signed in. Your shortlist and recently viewed works are stored in your own browser and never sent to us. We run no advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site.
Where it is kept
Data is stored on servers in Mumbai, India, with encrypted connections and daily backups. Enquiries and applications are kept for two years; account and order records for as long as your account exists and as the law requires for sales records.
Your rights
Write to hello@qartoos.com to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or to leave the newsletter. We reply within one working day. The grievance contact under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act is the same address.
