Works on this site are sold by Qartoos (“Qartoos”, “we”), Shalimar Bagh, New Delhi 110088, India. You can reach us at hello@qartoos.com, Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm IST.
Originals and authenticity
Every work described as an original is a unique piece made and signed by the named artist. Each ships with a certificate of authenticity carrying a code that resolves to the work's record on this site. Copyright in every work remains with the artist; purchase of a work does not transfer the right to reproduce it.
Prices and payment
Prices in INR. Shipping within India included; international shipping on request. Prices shown are the amounts you pay; any applicable taxes are included. Signed-in members may be shown a member price, which is the price charged when they buy while signed in. A purchase request reserves the work for you; it becomes a sale when payment clears. Online payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. We never see or store your card details.
Delivery, risk and returns
We pack and insure every work until it is signed for at your address. Our shipping, returns and refund policy forms part of these terms.
Accuracy of the pages
We photograph works carefully and describe dimensions, medium and condition in good faith. Colours vary between screens; if a work does not match its page when it arrives, the return policy applies. Descriptions may be drafted with the help of software and are reviewed and approved by the studio before publication.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password private. We may suspend accounts used abusively. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any rights you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
